About the Property

Casa Colibri is located in Tres Rios de Osa, 35 minutes from the airport at Palmar Sur, in the beautiful Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica. The panoramic ocean view of over 120 degrees encompasses the Sierpe River delta, historic Caño Island, and the San Buenas Golf Resort. Beautiful sunsets and spectacular vistas of mountain and jungle complete this exceptionally private and tranquil setting. Wildlife abounds, toucans, aracari, and hummingbirds are constant visitors and monkeys are frequently seen.

The kitchen includes a large island with a double sink and another large sink, custom wood cabinets, modern appliances, and granite countertops. The two level wraparound bar also has a sink. If you love to cook, you will love this kitchen.

The master bedroom suite is three rooms and includes a luxurious walk-in closet.

There is a large carport, another garage for the ATV, a workshop, and a storage building all attached to the main house by a covered walkway.

Kick back and relax by the pool

Casa Colibrí is also available for vacation rentals. Casa Colibri's location is in the Southern Pacific Zone, which is less developed than other areas of Costa Rica. We have privacy and tranquility, and beautiful mountain and ocean views, but Casa Colibri is located in the mountains on gravel roads. You will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach this secluded home.

Information for Brokers

Casa Colibrí is For Sale By Owner, however a broker commission of 5% of the final price realized by the sellers, after any concessions, adjustments and fees, will be paid to a broker that introduces the buyer.

Brokers are expected to perform the standard brokerage services, which include, among other things, assisting the buyer with understanding the process, providing a purchase agreement contract document, collecting all the documents from the buyer and seller that will be necessary for the attorney to perform the closing, and taking the deal through to the closing.  Any costs incurred by the seller for assuming responsibilities of the broker will be deducted from the broker fee paid.

Finder's fee: For non-broker persons, a flat fee of $7500 will be paid to the first person to introduce the buyer to the seller, after that buyer has completed the purchase transaction.
